Just a note abt japanese toxicity in general, i met a cpl japanese people and was shocked to hear just how much they fear the japanese corporate heirachy, where according to them the general issue is that everybody in all tiers of the hierachy are stressed out, so the higher up managers love to take out their stress on the regular employees.
